Outsole Material: Rubber

Insole Material: 100% Cotton

Upper Material: 70% Cotton 30% Rayon, Coated with waterproof lining.

Lining Material: 100% Polyester (Fleece Lining)

Processing time takes 2-4 business days before your package is shipped. If the size does not fit, we have a free 60 days exchange. Simply email us to support@movingsteps.life with your foot measurements, and we will recommend the right size for the exchange. 

 

  • Remove the laces and insoles.
  • Place shoes in a delicate bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
  • Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
  • Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry. 
  • Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

Handy tips: Don’t put them in the dryer. They’ll go back to their original shape in no time. You can hand wash your laces and insoles on their own.

The shoes are warm and comfortable. But one of the zipper attachments came off very soon after wearing which is disappointing quality. Otherwise they are good shoes for winter.

I purchased these in black for work as they stated they are waterproof. Well my pair definitely are NOT waterproof. I was sloshing around in soggy furry inner fur. They are great for cold weather and probably a very light rain but NOT a steady rainfall which I have to endure for work. Extremely disappointed

These shoes are really good - super soft and comfy with a great gripping sole and WARM. And waterproof. Alhough they are only ankle high so wouldnt be good as full on snow shoes, if you live in a place thats gets a few cm of snow now and then to create havoc these are perfect. But the best thing is that the customer service from this company is second to none. I had a problem with my sizing and it was fixed immediately with no drama. I cannot recommend them and the shoe enough.

I absolutely love these boots. I was disappointed that they weren’t shipping from the US and expected a pathetic Chinese product but they’re my new house shoe that I wear for my cold feet. I should get a pair to wear outdoors and run errands since that is what they advertised for. Sizing is perfect.
